The hydraulic cylinder is mainly composed of steel pipes and piston rods. The seamless steel barrel used for hydraulic cylinders are cold drawn inside and outside, and then tempered to make the tensile strength above 520N/mm2, and then subjected to precision grinding or rolling to make the inside diameter tolerance reaches H7-H8. For the piston rod, after the quality of the shaft is strictly inspected, it will be subjected to precision grinding treatment and hard chromium treatment on the surface, so that the surface accuracy of the shaft can reach f8.
